Little Chico - Good chart on $BPNDX. All of my charts are telling me that we are possible at the beginning of a new up turn. However, the daily EMA34 had yet to flatten out, so it is a little early for me to jump in 100%. If Monday prices hold, I will start to build my swing trade holdings.

One of my big concerns is that if the agreement on how to buy the bad debt by the government goes bad, I would expect the market to tank again. I think the risk is small, but if it goes bad, the effect would be large.
