the problem is not BK at all, the problem is when partners chip in.. than at whos cost will that be

either more shares out or less future equity in deals for gtcb, seeing how all recent and past deals had minor upfront items and decent longterm royalties i am afraid of management choices there, past has proven my scepticism and cost a lot of money to common shareholders
