The trust's assets consist of the 6.375% Subordinated Deferrable Interest Debentures due 3/15/2052 which were purchased from the company using the funds generated from the sale of the trust preferred securities. The value of those debentures are dependent of what the remaining asset value are after the secured and unsuborniated unsecured claims are paid.
