As for the Lehman comments. Come on man, they are not comparable. The essential ingredient in a scam is INTENT TO DEFRAUD. I see no evidence thats what occured with Lehman. Sadly, I cant say the same with NWOG or NWOL or whatever you wanna call this drek.
