What you're forgetting is that Wolk is already on the hook, period. He entered into a contract. So, you keep assuming there's some huge risk that Wolk wont pay up, and I disagree with that assumption. Sooner of later Wolk must cough up the money - regardless of what the current SP is. And, until that occurs, today's 1.1mil will hold LNGT over nicely.
