I am not buying derivatives when I push the buy button. No amount of flim flam on your part can convince me (or a jury of my peers) that fraudulently selling me air when I paid for shares is OK and legal.


I paid for shares. I want those shares delivered to me by T + 3. If they are not delivered to me as required by laws that have been in effect and not repealed since 1934, then I want to be bought in. If the shares cannot be bought in, then I want the trade broken and I want my money back.

I then want somebody prosecuted for criminal fraud.
