Since the PR doesn't specify the level of "profit participation" your presumptive characterization as "Whole lot" is unsupportable; and it makes me wonder what motivate you possess to characterize it as a "whole lot" without support...perhaps it's the drive to justify/explain why you sold out too soon, given that good news is beginning to roll in?
