I believe the "salary" quoted for DS was an abberation.

He doesn't get paid that much on a recurring basis. That amount was compensation for past years as well, wasn't it?

We are requesting the Transfer Agent to confirm:
The Issued shares remain at 300,471,362.
The initial stock issued on take over remains restricted.
That there has been 1 only person authorized to issue stock.
