think of yourself as a kindly person. what you are doing is buying 8 percent of the population in the usa a house. its better than habitat for humanity.

its called everybody chip in and buy a house for some one who cant pay a mortgage or took too much out of a house they owned so they could get a new car.

because that is what you are doing
