If I were a cruel and insensitive person, I would say that that is like the Blind man and the man with no legs entering into a partnership where the Blind man would carry the other on his shoulders and together they would navigate.

It only works in theory.

But I am not, so I won't.

Barrett mentioned in his recent interview that anybody could announce an alliance.

Fujitsu has been making Spark processors for a while now. I am not sure what is new in this announcement.
