Yah, and that will make it a good trade on the bounce. Anyone that ever ASSUMES that they can stay in this for the long haul and won't get their shares whacked when the BK plan is approved is insane, until they see a filing saying they will NOT get whacked.
Gonna be lots of bounces on this one for a while yet, from the LOD to the HOD and in between. Plenty of money to be made here for quite some time, if you don't get greedy and get whacked waiting for the BIG score. Too easy to take 20-30% on this one over and over again right now, intraday. I wouldn't hold it overnight EVER, myself, but it IS a SWEET flipper, and I believe it will be for quite some time into the future.
The right news could bounce this one to a 2 or 3 bagger quickly. I really don't see it going sub-penny soon, or if it does I don't think it'll stay there long. I kinda think it's going to settle somewhere in the .05 to .10 range with bounces, and possibly some dips below .05 but I think it'll return to somewhere in that .05-.10 range again. Bounce, fall, bounce, fall, through the end of the year with some definite selling pressure the end of this quarter and at the end of the year.
My GUESS is that it finds its low in December, as for this year. TOTALLY A GUESS! What's NOT a guess is that this stock is providing excellent flipping opportunities right now with the volume and PPS fluctuations. IF played right, you can yield a bag every day, if not several.
Trade well, don't get greedy, and profit from the uncertainty of this stock while the volume is up and investors that were in it are lost. It's a HORRIBLE situation for them, but stocks will continue to trade, and people that play them right will continue to prosper, or lose, depending upon how they trade them. WHERE THERE IS INDECISION, THERE IS PROFIT!

tomorrow if Paulson and the fed buy all of the bad mortgage debt from lehmq- this stock will explode! Their is so many assests that Lehman is left with after the cherry picking that this stock will be very quick to movee up IMO
