sorry i am not advanced enough to understand puts and shorts

are you saying the short sale stoppage is true ?what will it due to todays deal so they wouldnt have to pay?: you mean they are on the wrong end of the put and the put is wiped because the market will surge?

sorry to be so non fluent . i am a simple chart watcher
