Money If the UK sticks with it then congress the new president is going to make it happen. They are trying to make us more global. I think it is different now because the president hopefully is going to do what ever it takes to get elected with John McCain saying he would fire the SEC chairman things are going to be different now. So naked shorts are soo screwed now haha.. Hedge funds are the ones that have naked shorted.
