Transfer Agents

I found a TA the other day. The name was Silver State Transfer & Registrar Salt Lake City, UT 84117.



I called all the UT SOSs trying to find a merger or something. I tried googling it every which way and I finally found it on secinfo.com through a couple links and the companies CEOs name.



Come to find out this dude ran a TA out of his house for over 10yrs or something. Then he sold it to computershares so that should of been my first guess. When in doubt and cant find a old TA, computershare prob got the books.


But just goes to show you, anyone or anything can prob be a TA.
