Thinking back, doesn't Rufus claim MM's did the naked short selling? MM's do that to maintain liquidity in a stock but are supposed to cover within 3 days. Do we really believe that MM's are sitting around with huge NSS positions in stocks with the intent never to cover?

How could individuals open NSS positions anyway? Has that ever been explained? I've read about "entities" using NSS in an effort to bring a stock's price down. How does a seller open an NSS without the aid of an MM? Or a broker willing to take on the risk? There's your defendents. Name them and bring charges against them.

Rufus knows a lot about the market. But in chunks. Much like a Pastor of a church knows the right verse for specific messages. However, Rufus doesn't know how to keep his story straight because he's a liar. For example, he still has many people believing a 6:1 is coming. But if he actually knew the rules, he'd have already filed to increase the authorized shares to accomodate the additional shares. He can't even puzzle his claims together without leaving gapping holes.

Dude, all you need to know Rufus is a scammer is understand the market and it's rules.
