$ one of the great things with SPNG is all the management support using their own money and other companies they own to build this great growth in EPS. I know bankers like when management risk their own millions. When it is management they can come in with funding as needed to meet any thing that comes up and do what is right agreed to buyback when RM is paid. They did that this summer when banks delayed credit line decisions. If not this company would have stopped and we have no great Q1 or 09 to come. Banks want to see management has a financial risk in making the company successful and investors should to. Just so few ever put their money at risk. All I have ever seen in pinks or OTCBB penny stocks is management taking money all the time delivering no results. Giving themselves big salaries when the company is making no money. Good example is USXP. Most either just for years dump billions of unrestricted shares to stay in business never delivering much. Others go out and get 3rd party death angel financing, give them a lot of shares cheap and have no restriction honored or buyback to retire the shares. Then we watch as death angels earn their name. It is great to finally be in one where the millions are coming from the management because of that they care a lot to see it succeed. I will always invest in any I find this cheap where management is risking the money. This is first I have found. For those who think they are not taking a big risk? Well most companies fail to make money we see that in penny stocks all the time. I have worked for owners who have funded their companies with their millions. I have seen some make out great and others lose it all. Anytime you put in millions its a big risk bigger then any of us. They put money in long before most of us when they where not making money. Try taking a job sometime for no salary just shares. Thats not easy to find people to do that either. This management is very committed to long term success and this is not the typical one where management never cares and dumps shares into the market to pay themselves while never delivering any growth in EPS. Since this is first I have found with a management commitment risk not likely there will be many more.
