Hello Gfp, good to see you over here.
Hopefully Sherri can pull a rabbit out of her hat
Hence the 37 cent price.
She might be able to partner off one of her other in house projects, which is what I am hoping for, or more likely, Imagify....
It could go chapter 11, but I just don't think that is likely as there has recently been creditors that allowed acus to put off payments until after the pdufa date, when acus had 12 million in cash to pay. I have to ask myself, why would they do that? My guess is acus let them in on some type of plan that involves them being around after 2/28/09 to pay their debts.
They could dilute badly, r/s, lay off everybody, hummm. You know me, I love to buy when everyone is running out the door
If you get time, take a minute and read up on Zacks take, and listen to the last call.
Sherri missed the boat by not raising more cash last year while the share price was much higher, and has admitted so. She is smart, not perfect, and she is a member of the Board of Overseers of the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. She has venture capital experience from previous jobs.
I am hoping she has the interests of her shareholders first. I have soft spot for firms where upper management takes a pay cut when in crisis mode.
This is a flat out high risk, could lose all your capital, play, for the chance, should all go well, to reap very rare, very wealthy, high end, rewards.
I was able to add twice today at .3701, and .3711. I usually just put an order in a hair above the bid and wait for it to come back to me, near the low for that given day. Been dollar cost averaging for a couple months now. Not the bread money.
Take Care.
