The share structure wouldn't have changed if they bought at .007 and sold at .02. It's the same as when you do it. It affects the PPS, not the share structure.

Now, if they would have bought back 2 million at .007 and then retired those shares, meaning returned them to the A/S, that would have changed the share structure. It would have decreased the O/S, but you just said it hasn't changed.
