I would not want to live in Manila unless it was in Bel-air. Makati is a nice part of the city, the rest is pretty bad. Or at least the rest of it that I saw. Anywhere out of the city and in the province I Like. Still a lot of places in the PI that I would like to visit. Most everyone says that it is still not safe to do a lot of traveling, especially around Mindanao. I would like to spend some time around Puerto Galera, have heard it is Very nice there.
