Ted, your post makes one very important fact clear: Unless the studios agree to release all titles for burn, there will just be a limited amount of titles to burn. This is what I believed caused the collapse of Titlematch...they could not give Walgreens what they wanted, due to studio reluctance.

On the other hand, if the studios do not want kiosks in stores where there are pre-packaged DVDs on the shelf, a Dominos type distribution center would be the perfect solution.

If our new CEO is interested in keeping the dream alive, he needs to use his influence with Dominos and for Dominos to use their influence with the studios, imo.

Other than that, we are dead, unless we hold any proprietary rights that someone else would like to buy.
