Give the guy some credit here. He has responded to both your emails and phone calls. He has bankers, lawyers and a senator involved with getting these funds released during this bank fiasco meltdown. He ain't just sitting around making excuses, it's out of his hands at this point but he's doing all he can do. He isn't happy either, you can bet on that. It's all going to happen, just a matter of when. UBS stock getting crushed even though it's a Swiss bank. They are hurting bad and in turn it's hurting all of us
