Choice A is correct. Read below. He has admitted and APOLOGIZED for both forgetting AND making an error in judgement all in the same mistake. How does one both FORGET and make an error in judgement? If you forgot then a judgement could not have ever been made, no?

"I actually care little either way on bio-pure, just curious if you can back your claim he has 50% ownership."
