I think tomorrow we see huge swing in market again. I think the market is going to open lower, test the old low in July of 10,800, then rally with full force just like what happened in July. Gold should come back and perform well starting in late-September throughout the winter time.
I think the Fed is going to cut rate tomorrow. We need AIG WM to be taken care of in order for the bulls to come back in full force.
The government needs to do something (give us good news, just whatever news it can) to help the market cheer up a little bit.
I just looked at the INDU chart. I don't think 10,800 is the bottom. The RSI hasn't hit 30 and I think INDU will go below 10,800 this time if there is no good news.
Look at the chart below, we need RSI to hit 30 and virtually there is no support at 10,800
