Yes, a 500pt plunge...The DOW is on pace to have the biggest annual point loss in history, per CNBC today.

What was interesting in Hank Paulson's comments today was TWICE he called for greater regulation...
Paulson said we need "more effective regulation" AND "we need major regulatory changes".
