Don't distort the filings which are posted for any to verify...

8-k shows they borrowed a little over $1 million during the quarter ended 12-27-05...

10q shows the company posted a net profit of about $3.2 for the quarter ended 12-27-05...

WEGI didn't have an office or anything set up either prior to the Katrina landfall if you will read the other 8-Ks from Sept,2005...

The recent pr informed that those facilities are already and still in place before Gustav in La...

Share count stood at around 37 million in 2005...Don't see any massive dilution since that time as many want to imply in postings on this board...43 million o/s showing recently on pink sheets data...

If the price does not go up it doesn't mean the company is not working, IMO...LJ
