Since you haven't replied to my post I must assume you really don't know what the 14 million shares were sold for.

If you have prevalant information about LEI then why not tell the rest on the board??

We are all wondering why the pps is so so low. By now we were all expecting it to be at least .10 and people chasing it to get in.By the looks of it people are chasing to sell and get out to save what little they have left.
