Yes, it does appear that this trademark is for the nutraceutical and for all we know they might be manufacturing it in Nigeria now, even though they say they aren't...

The July 8th date was when they trademark was published for opposition, they filed for the mark in February, everything after that was the attorney working on it or the Trademark Office doing their work.
