IMO, the 3 1/2 year slide in the stock price is now bottoming and about to reverse...

I spoke to the CEO in the last few months and am confident making this prediction and recommendation...

I have recently been building a new investment position in the stock price range of $0.75-0.80 for the first time in over 5 years...
