That was at a .0116 share price according to the 10Q, now we're at .0031. The debt to A/S increase should put in a floor of .0039 to exhaust the entire new 1.25 billion shares. But now that the company has a revenue stream, they can use the incoming revenue to pay instead of having to sell shares to pay the debt, so we won't know until the end of the year how many had to be converted to pay debt.
