One thing that you'll learn about this company can be summed up in a phrase I coined in early 2007: "Barry's not into deadlines". Its just the perception I got from him during interviews, CC's and other communciation. ZERO sense of urgency and desire to maintain status quo. Consider the fact that his other company, ICTN, has never taken off and has been in biz for close to 20 years.
