every time i see this statement of a ceo delay saying still working out terms and conditions to a favorable terms for shareholders , the deal never closes , just speculating , but stemtronixs wants better conditions and mike doesnt want to do that , and stemtronixs will probably , not guaranteed , walk out , and the shares never change, if it goes thru he keeps his word its a miracle
