Sep 09, 2008 (M2 EQUITYBITES via COMTEX) -- Gilat Satellite Networks Ltd (Nasdaq:GILT), a provider of products and services for satellite-based communications networks, announced on Monday (8 September) that the company has completed the deployment of a SkyEdge broadband satellite network for Administradora de Redes (Aduanett) based in Honduras.
Gilat's SkyEdge is a satellite communications system that delivers voice, broadband data and video services over a powerful unified system.

Administradora de Redes will reportedly use the VSAT network to provide customs offices and other Honduran businesses with private networking services including interactive data, broadband Internet access, and Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP).
