due to JP's inability to close a partnership deal....

Lets see....
1)European partner for Androxal...
2)Japanese partner for Proellex...
3)Partner for Proellex....

None have come to fruition....He talks but doesnt deliver...
now we are at the mercy of a weak financing environment...
