you have to ask yourself, why has there been no dilution with this delay? what would be the benefit of delaying the news if your intention was not to dilute? Why didn't Marek do an R/S when he tookover, he could have started out with a minimal number of shares OS. Why did he lower the AS from 5 bil to 3 bil, he could have left it at 5 billion? I have no idea if Marek is going to do the right thing with this stock but so far I like what i see.
