In the truest and best sense, the language makes special shareholders meetings that are initiated by shareholders a pretty darn difficult to thing to pull off... unless the BOD approves them. Which they can deny. Which must be written in a cerain timeframe for consideration. Which the BOD can say is not relevant for consideration.
