The 8k's stated that during the course of the buybacks, that the Transfer Agent was instructed to cancel the shares. Was that like telling someone to dig a ditch, not giving the man a shovel and then telling the customer that you got somebody on the Job? Except that you failed to tell the customer that your somebody had no tools!
