Thats crazy...So I guess that meens that every bid you don't win you want your time paid for allso.Not quite how I would see it working..I would think that before I drove I could have DD'ed the site a little before ever going there.I am sure there are plans on file somewhere and I know there are plenty of photo's...But good luck with that
