The Summer was lousy for Superwire. Fall is starting to look bleak at this point. If the lawsuit is being settled then we
should know something very soon. The longer this drags out (the lawsuit) the tougher it will be for them to recover. Ed Hart has been telling me, since last September, that they were on the verge of exploding. In the next few months after the end of September we would be feeling ecstatic about the Stock Price.
Well, it's almost a full year and we are going backwards.
I was told that the Summer months wouldn't be bad for Superwire
and the lawsuit would not slow down progress, yet with the lawsuit, it did.
Supposedly, Mike Heil is doing some wonderful things but "where's the beef?" Contracts are supposed to be coming in bunches and advertising agreements are also building up but the attorneys will not let anything come out until this lawsuit is settled. That has taken quite some time to complete and here we sit with no news of any value at all.
Who knows what out future here really is with Superwire? There's been nothing to talk about since the company has taken
a hiatus from public communication for quite a while which leaves suspicion about what is happening, if anything. It all comes down to, "What's to talk about?"
