Simple question everyone should be asking themselves......

Adam has put himself in a do or die position. He has to announce a winning bid over 5.5 million after what he put in his pr's. If he doesn't it's all over for him and this stock no matter what happens after that.

The only kinds of CEO's who would put themselves into a tight spot like that are either:

A)A CEO who knows he really has bids over 5.5 million.
B)A CEO who is trying to dump as many shares as he can before he is exposed as a fake.

There's no big seller so it seems facts don't support choice B. They always say eliminate all other options whatever remains is usually the truth. I'm picking choice A based on this thought process.
