I have a hard time understanding why people sit and watch their portfolio melt away. Is it because they don't want to pay the commissions to sell the stock and then more commissions to repurchase the stock at a lower price? If that is the case, why not open an account with Bank of America and get free commission trading or go with one of the ultra cheap brokerages that only charge $3 per trade. I know a lot of VMC people think that they can outperform the market, but the fact is that only 17 people out of 81 were in positive territory in PSL9. Nobody rings a bell when we go into a BEAR market and no one will ring a bell when the BEAR market is over, but I think it is obvious that we are in a BEAR market and it just doesn't make any sense to hold a stock while it drops 50%. Sorry for repeating this for the 100th time, but I just hate to see people lose money.
