Kenny Rose is the central fellow of Kirby Group, original permit holders for the Woman Key site. To subcontract on that permit, Deep Blue gave Kirby Group 11,000,000 shares of Restricted stock.
[Note: That was originally 55,000,000 shares, from what I heard. After the R/S, it's 11 Mil].
It appears that those shares are what constitute this week's high volume. If that is not the case, then Deep Blue is selling a bunch of shares. Either way, the stock gets diluted further.

If the Kirby shares are being sold, mainly at a price of about .007, Rose et al will realize about $80,000 for those shares.
