There were about 12 "lenders" involved in this CD (see the 10Qs) - the last time the conversion price was 011 (as I was told be the CEO). From what I remember, a few were completely finished.

Never buy a stock affiliated with IR firm Big Apple or Transfer Agent Select American! All CEOs are guilty until proven innocent!
