Last year many people bought this at higher prices at 0.006-0.01 range and among this some people instead of averaging down many sold at loss say at 0.002-0.004 range. In this way they going to pay the same money they made here to the shareholders at the time of TO!!

Instead paying $700k for 10m shares(if TO is $0.07) they getting rid of the shareholders at this price range by paying them $30K!!
