Sounds like you're calling for something like a return of the Rule of Law, and some kind of Accountability, instead of outright looting and crony-rewarding.

We haven't had any kind of transparency or accountability or responsibility in government for so long now I hardly remember when we did, but that's exactly what's needed now.
