IW thank you for what you have been posting... it's all fine and good.

Bottomline... what the heck are these guys doing. They should give us a complete "state of the company".

At this point it goes 2 ways. Either they are working on a blockbuster or are going bust.

And if they do have deals who books them the new company or SPZI the lasr PR said everything was transfered to the new company (what does that mean and as a shareholder that was our technology that was transfered and what is our percentage in the new company).

I would like to see the percentage structure and who is going to run these companies.
