Investor100 - I would be curious to know any additional details you might have learned during your visit in terms of its recent acquisitions.
QS-I spoke Steve 9/3/085 in his office in Houston and it seems like DPDW is right on track for acquisitions. The plan is to grow to $3-$5 in the next 3-5 years.
Investor100 - My impression having watched this company for a year is that it wants to achieve "full services" provider in the oil sector. Is that a take away you felt during your visit?
QS-yes I believe that DPDW has the proper management and proper acquisition targets in place to do so in the 3-5 year window.
Investor100 - Some think that Deep Down has aspirations to move the AMEX or NASD exchange-any comments?
QS-I believe that unlike most OTCBB firms, DPDW will move to the next exchange in the near future. They have way too many great things happening and with the plan they have in place...oil drilling at a fever pace...the price of oil...well guys and gals this firm is exciting.
Investor100 - What stands out at Deep Down from its competition that may prompt you to purchase shares?
QS-No debt, Houston based...all the players are in Houston...all the resources are in Houston: Big Oil, Recruiters-Head Hunters, etc...Focused...this is not the managements teams first Rodeo! This is BIG for me.
