hey Tex...been here as long as u and Woodrow, since 2005. It was in the .28 range. I think they had a 1:4 r/s between now & then, and thats how it ended up in the sub-pennies. But they were new at the time and just coming out of the gate. Now we have the r/m going on, so things hopefully will be brighter down the road.
Some how I'd seen in my portfolio, some movement or things got rekindled, and thats how I began to follow them again, since June of this year. Still am holding those original shares, and have added more.
If I recall, the share structure at the time was:
o/s- 38 million...and 78% of which were restricted and held by management
a/s- 50 million
