I was concerned about this as well so I contacted IR about this.

They said the original form was filed here -

After comments from the SEC the amended form was filed here -

And now the ball is in the SEC's court. As long as DPDW continues to be responsive they will not be liable for damages.

They have assumed me that management is on top of this and do not anticipate any damanges.
