AGIX Plunges on Debt Default

AGIX is playing bankrupcy chicken with their 2008 note holders - they could pay, but then they don't have enough to get through the next set of needed trials.

Again, I'll repeat that AGIX is not currently investable. And a reasonably good chance it will never be investable. But its a good management team and the drug definitely works - the question is whether they can figure out how to address the safety issue. I guess it is my version of a soap opera - with a virtual certainty that there are lessons to be learned and a possibility that there are dollars to be made.
