13million is not that much when you consider the price. that is less than $150,000 dollars to buy a new partner. The last weeks action of not pr this to death to dillute like others do when they sell tells me this is a good stock. If you want to see a pr machine and dillution just take a look at WEHI and the run of pr's they did to sell 4.5 billion shares.
I have no problems with small lots of stock transfering hands to the new partners executives of the new company. At this point we do not even know if the actually where sold to the market or just issued to the partners as free trading.
When you consider the new company I would prefer the new board members have a vested interest inshares that want to see appreciate. Of course you have the possibility of them selling but why would they before the new price levels. Splitting 13 million up between 3-5 directors added to the board is really small change.
